Stitching Room Set Up

- Friday, Sept 18th: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Stitching Room hours)
- Saturday, Sept 19th: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Stitching Room hours)
- Sunday, Sept 20th: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Stitching Room hours)

The retreat fee of $275 is due at the time of registration and is required to complete your registration. A nonrefundable registration fee of $100 is included in the retreat fee.

All attendees are responsible for their own: transportation, accommodations and meals.
The hotel has a limited number of rooms offered at a group rate for attendees. A link will be provided to you within a few weeks following registration. These rooms are limited and not guaranteed as they are only available for a limited time and quantity. Home 2 Suites by Hilton is also located on the property of the retreat and will have rooms included in the group block.
By completing this purchase, you agree and acknowledge the refund cancellation policy and waivers noted in the Cancellation Policy & Waiver Section. An online waiver link will be emailed to you following registration and is a requirement to complete your registration.

Stitch Flossy Retreat 2026
The retreat fee of $275 includes a nonrefundable registration fee of $100 at the time of registration. Cancellations should be requested via email sent to mrs.flossyaz@gmail.com.
There will be no refunds issued for cancellations after 5/15/2026.
Waiver- I release Mrs. Flossy from any liability for any theft, property damage, or personal injury while participating in or attending any events, or free time at this Stitch Flossy event. To the fullest extent permitted by law I shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mrs. Flossy and its owners, members, managers, partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their agents, officers, directors, partners and employees (the “Indemnitees”), from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to the extent caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Client or any of their guests, attendees or vendors.
Hotel policy- Hotel’s liquor license requires that beverages only be dispensed by Hotel employees or bartenders. Finally the Hotel is a smoke free hotel, including all public areas (not designated as a smoking area), meeting and banquet facilities, and guest rooms.Photo and video release form The undersigned grants Stitch Flossy Retreat/Mrs. Flossy the irrevocable and perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings made on September 18-20, 2026 at Hilton Garden Inn, Tempe AZ. This consent covers the use of the name, likeness, image, voice, and any statements made, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: Promotional and marketing materials (print and digital). Website and social media publications. Advertising and public relations efforts. Educational or research purposes. The following points are understood and agreed to: The materials will become the property of Stitch Flossy Retreat/Mrs. Flossy, and there will be no payment, compensation, or royalties for their use. The right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of the materials is waived. Mrs.Flossy/Stitch Flossy Retreat and its agents, employees, and assignees are released and forever discharged from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of likeness, including claims of invasion of privacy or defamation. The signer is 18 years of age or older and is competent to sign this release on their own behalf. I have read and understand all policies and waviers. Proceeding with registration acknowledges acceptance and agreement to the policies and waivers.
